Welcome to KrisanaPark.Org (KPO)! KPO is a neighborhood forum for the twin communities of Krisana Park and Lynwood. It exists to bring together the neighbors, encourage dwelling and surroundings restoration and promote the area throughout the world.

Krisana Park and its sister neighborhood Lynwood are located in Denver, Colorado. Drive east from Colorado Boulevard just south of the Glendale Township and one will find a treasure-trove of mid-century homes. Krisana Park is a stand of 174 homes; Lynwood, only eight blocks away, is a tract of 80 homes. They were designed in the style of Joseph Eichler’s California contemporaries and were constructed in the mid-50’s by Denver Developer HB Wolff & Company.

Krisana Park is a Media Darling! 5280 Magazine voted it one of Denver’s best neighborhoods. And, its many homes have appeared in: Atomic Ranch Magazine, Dwell Magazine, The Denver Post, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and countless other media outlets.

Our little architectural gems are fun, sexy and will surprise you in many ways. They are not expensive, and yet – they are located two miles from Cherry Creek which is some of the most expensive real estate in Denver. Moreover, their central location makes them equally convenient to the downtown and Tech Center commuters.
