There are seven original home designs in Krisana Park (six are shown here), and an undetermined number of home designs in Lynwood. Most of the architectural designs are of the classic Eichler idiom like those created by the renowned architectural firms of Anshen & Allen, Jones and Emmons and Claude Oakland.
According to the HB Wolff & Company brochure of the day,
“The 3-D Contemporaries,” as our homes were known, “represented a dramatic way of living featuring glass walls, beamed ceilings, redwood siding, openness of design and an orientation of the home to take full advantage of the sun and weather. “ Of course, today we know this to mean that our lanais face south, and it’s a cold home in the winter if we haven't re-insulated.

The price for any one of
the homes was $15,950.
FHA terms were $2,250 down
plus financing costs of $98.45,
per month including principal, interest,
taxes and insurance on the 30 year loan.
The original six designs all had 1200sf of livable space, three bedrooms, separate dining area, breakfast bar, semi-open kitchen, two bathrooms, outdoor lanai, fireplace and carport.

The Wolff brochure closes with a statement that we who live here can all agree upon, “is there any wonder that, in
years to come, you will be happy you bought a 3-D HOME in Krisana Park.” No! No wonder at all even after 54 years.
